Rules and Conditions
^{Treat your art purchases seriously by following any and all rules or conditions set down by the artists!}

1) I own the copyrights to the art! You cannot claim otherwise. If the character(s) is yours, the copyrights for the character still belong to you.

2) Removing my signature on the artwork and/or reposting elsewhere is not allowed! DO NOT repost my art on photobucket or other mass photo-upload sites such a flickr, tinypic, other art sites(your own dA, FA, SA, etc.), or otherwise.

3) Do not copy/alter my art in any shape or form, I refuse to allow this unless is lineart. (keep reading.)

4) You may sell originals of my art that you have commissioned (not bought), but you must confirm with me that the buyer will also abide by these rules/conditions!

5) My art is NOT for commercial use. This means you cannot mass-produce and/or re-sell the reproduced art.

6) Once you buy my art, I will not give refunds. If life is being an ass it can take up to one month to finish your commission. I am not liable for art lost in mail.

7) When you have received my art, do not destroy it or such things that I would find disrespectful. However, you are free to colour/paint a lineart(if that's what you commissioned) if you'd like, this is the only alteration I will allow under those conditions.

8) Please follow, understand, and respect all of these rules and conditions!! Other artists may have different rules/conditions, but that gives you no reason to direspect me and ignore any of my own.
